Kaitlyn was amazing from start to finish! I gave her a call to let her know I was in the market and my very specific needs for a home. Within a few hours she already had a comprehensive list of homes that fit my criteria and we even got to go see homes the SAME DAY. Once we found a home I loved, Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable on comps in the area, walking me through prior inspections, seller disclosures, etc. She was able to answer all of my questions. We were able to get under contract for my perfect home, and she helped me negotiate repairs with the seller. This was my first time buying a home and one of the easiest processes ever due to Kaitlyn's knowledge and constant communication. I could text/call with her any time of the day and she was extremely responsive.  Kaitlyn is very responsive, very active, and extremely attentive. This was our first time selling a home and Kaitlyn walked us through every step of the process and answered every question we had.
